Loving your significant other should be a 365 day responsibly, however we’re all human. Folks tend to forget their loved ones on ‘one of the most important days of the year’, Valentine’s Day. However, have no fear! OutCold, VML, and Russell Stover are here to save the day! February 14th 2018, this triad put their noggins together to create the loveliest of activations. Customizing a 1960’s International Harvester Metro, this team brought all the warm fuzzies to Daley Plaza. From custom hot chocolates, sprinkled with Russel Strover Chocolate shavings, to their traditional heart-shaped boxes of chocolates, there was something for all passersby’s to fall in love with. A warming tent made sure that all attendees stayed warm as brand ambassadors passed out over 5,000 of these adorable heart-shaped treats. The one-day event delivered 8,450 unique interactions that left consumers and their better half’s feeling warm and loved. It is safe to say, OutCold, VML, and Russel Strover saved Valentine’s Day for local Chicagoans. Not all heroes wear capes!
